Grout Seal :  Grout seal refers to a passive seal, designed as a sealing system for the grouting operations on fixed platforms used in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy projects. It is usually installed inside the pile sleeve or leg and used for any water depths when the jacket is post pile driven.

Thanks to the simple design concept, installation procedure and reliability the grout seal has a successful track record with major Jacket manufacturers. The risk of loosing the grout seal is impossible due to the metallic insert vulcanized in the rubber. The grout seal is supported on a welded flange and fixed in position by bolting a top flange to the welded flange to create a tight seal to contain the grout column.
